A federal judge on Monday granted former President Trump’s request to appoint an independent special master to review materials the FBI seized from his Mar-a-Lago residence last month.

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, dismissed objections from the Department of Justice (DOJ), blocking prosecutors from further reviewing or using the seized documents in their investigation until the special master completes their review.

Cannon asked the DOJ and Trump’s attorneys to submit a joint filing by Friday that includes a proposed special master candidate list.

Trump has accused the FBI and DOJ of executing the search for political purposes, also claiming that some of the documents were protected by attorney-client privilege and executive privilege.

The DOJ had argued in court that a special master appointment would stall its investigation of Trump and that he did not have the authority to claim executive privilege from his time in the White House since he is no longer in office.

“With respect to the Government’s ongoing criminal investigation, the Court does not find that a temporary special master review under the present circumstances would cause undue delay,” Cannon wrote in the ruling.

It will likely be something of little substance, but can be blown all out of proportion by the MSM and the federal propaganda apparatus. They will say this demands thorough investigation by the January 6th Committee, which would have to close up shop if the GOP wins back congress.

I’ve reviewed the special master decision victory for Trump. The federal US District Court Judge highlights FBI/DOJ failures to be forthright with court, failures to protect rights of Trump, leaks and other shady acts. If I were Biden gang, I’d look to drop this sham case ASAP.

Page #2 and Page #3 of Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling cites a quote from the DOJ own legal filing, dated May 10th, that Joe Biden ordered the National Archives and Records Administration to provide access to the FBI to review the Trump records.  Note the quotation marks:

On May 10, 2022, NARA informed Plaintiff that it would proceed with “provid[ing] the FBI access to the records in question, as requested by the incumbent President, beginning as early as Thursday, May 12, 2022.”  [citation]



August 24, 2022, Joe Biden was questioned about how much notice he had regarding the FBI raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

Question: “Mr. President, how much advanced notice did you have of the FBI’s plan to search Mar-a-Lago?“

BIDEN: “I didn’t have any advanced notice. None, zero, not one single bit.”

More Evidence Revealed of Biden's Involvement in FBI Action Against Trump

As we previously reported, Judge Aileen Cannon granted the request of President Donald Trump to appoint a special master to review the material that the FBI had seized from his house to separate out the personal things, and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney-client and/or executive privilege. Documents seized from Mar-a-Lago included Trump’s “medical documents, correspondence related to taxes, and accounting information.”

In the order, the Court blocked the FBI from continuing to review any of the material until the special master is appointed and has reviewed the material. While it’s good that the Court blocked the FBI from continuing to review likely privileged documents, the Court didn’t stop the “classification review” of the Director of National Intelligence, Avril Haines. The judge likely is thinking that Haines is “objective” but as a Biden appointee and a protege of John Brennan, that’s a bit like letting the fox inside the hen house. In my opinion, it might negate the whole decision to have a special master.

The FBI raid was ridiculously broad — even going through 16-year-old Barron Trump’s bedroom according to Donald Trump, as well as Melania Trump’s closet. The order noted that the FBI seized 11,000 documents and 1,800 other items.

But I also wanted to note how the order once again revealed how Joe Biden and his team lied about not being involved in the matter against President Donald Trump.

As we previously reported, Joe Biden claimed that he didn’t have any notice of the FBI action against Trump.

“I didn’t have any advance notice. None. Zero. Not one single bit,” Biden protested far too much, also flashing the symbol that leftists wrongly think is a white power sign.

But in fact, as we previously reported, the White House Counsel’s office and Biden had been involved, according to the NARA Archivist Debra Steidel Wall’s letter.

“On April 11, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office—affirming a request from the Department of Justice supported by an FBI letterhead memorandum—formally transmitted a request that NARA provide the FBI access to the 15 boxes for its review within seven days, with the possibility that the FBI might request copies of specific documents following its review of the boxes,” Wall wrote.

So Joe Biden was behind the FBI's Mar-a-Lago raid all along

Joe Biden has made his obsession with President Trump known, most recently through his hellishly lit Mussolini-meltdown speech at Independence Hall in Philadelphia last week, manically painting Trump and all his voters as "threats to the republic."

He may be doddering and insentient, but he still burns bright against his potential opponent in the 2024 presidential race, which even Democrats don't want him to get involved with. On Trump, Biden's as obsessed with Trump as Stalin was with Trotsky.

So it comes to light that not only has Biden tried to smear Trump as a danger to democracy and "threat to the republic," in a sorry public relations campaign that isn't working, he's also trying to eliminate President Trump from the entire 2024 presidential race by probably the gamiest maneuvers ever played by a politician in U.S. history.

It turns out that Biden was behind the raid on Trump's home in Mar-a-Lago on August 4.
