Yeah, this was predictable, over two years ago. Makes for good, "Three years ago, if I ...," jokes with Mrs. PeteS, but adds to store owners' pain from the raised threshold for a felony and no-bail selective-prosecution DAs and courts.

COVID-19 Mortality rate (lethality) the past month in the United States was 0.4%.  Pretty much the same as an active flu season.

Anyone masking up nowadays is either unhealthily paranoid, or has an ulterior motive for wearing it.

Ignoring other aspects of the mandates issue, Covid death rates have for at least a year made mask mandates unjustifiable and a (very moderate) hindrance to the spread of population resistance to the virus.

Masks always were a waste of time, and always will be, concerning viruses. Masks don't work. They don't help a dang thing, and may in fact be harmful.
