This primary election was over before it started. Tonight just made it official.

I don't know Liz Cheney personally to have a personal opinion about her but her attempt to make the election about Trump vs Hageman making it about the issues was a strategy doomed to fail

It also could be a warning to Democrats that  making the midterms a referendum on Trump could have the same results
