 FBI raids Trump’s Mar-a-Lago

Federal authorities have searched Donald Trump’s home in Florida, with the former president releasing a statement saying Mar-a-Lago was “raided” by the FBI.

“My beautiful home Mar A Lago in Palm Beach, Florida is currently under siege, raided and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” Trump said in a statement.

“After working and cooperating with the relevant government agencies, this unannounced raid at my home was not necessary or appropriate.”

“They even broke into my safe!” he added.

   Former President Trump on Monday said that his Mar-A-Lago home in Florida is "under siege" by a "large group" of FBI agents.

"Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before. After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate. It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don't want me to run for President in 2024, especially based on recent polls, and who will likewise do anything to stop Republicans and Conservatives in the upcoming Midterm Elections."

The FBI did not immediately return a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

Not because there's necessarily nothing to find...

But rather, because he would have to be an idiot to keep anything incriminating, especially on himself or at his house.

He is way too slick for that.

So now he gets to legitimately throw dirt in the air and play the martyr.
