A challenging the status of COVID-19 injectable products as “vaccines” remains active on PACER as of Monday morning.

The lawsuit, filed by Dr. Devan Griner of Utah, claims that mandating Covid-19 “vaccines” violates Griner’s and others’ right to refuse medical treatment, having classified the injectable products as such rather than actual inoculations which prevent the contracting of a disease.

Refusal of medical treatment is “a fundamental human right,” the lawsuit on page 5.

The defendants claim Griner has not suffered harm as a result of the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) mandate that any institution receiving Medicaid or Medicare funding must see that its employees receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
