That's an AR15 or AK with two 30-round magazines. Pause in between is him putting second magazine in.

I can tell you for an absolutely certainty that there is a world of difference in the sound an AK makes firing at you,and the sound a M-16/AR-15 makes. There is no possible way to mistake and confuse them.

Given that this was a 4th of July parade,there HAD to be combat vets there that would have been able to recognize the weapon by the sound.

Highland Park Parade Mass Shooting Suspect Arrested After Brief Police Pursuit
