That too.  But journalists these days are extremely lazy.  They have their pre-written mass shooting stories involving the evil AR15 and all they have to do is plug in the 5 W's like a game of Mad Libs.

Boy that's one strange looking gun.

That's kind of what KelTec is known for, that and inexpensive guns. I think the idea is that it is more stowable for backpackers that want a carbine, lots of guns can be made foldable, including anything built on the AR platform. People see a plus in these guns because the magazines it uses are Glock so very easy to get even in the 30 round size he used.
