Adriver in Minnesota who reportedly led police recently on a high-speed chase and fired at them with a handgun is allegedly an illegal immigrant who has been deported at least seven times in the recent past.

The suspect, Pablo Nava Jaimes, reportedly fired 10 shots at police in the alcohol-fueled getaway attempt –  from St. Paul to nearby White Bear Lake.

The suspect had allegedly consumed eight or nine beers at a cookout prior to the June 5 incident.

He should, at the very least, be charged with reckless endangerment, attempted murder, hate crimes, and illegal possession of a firearm.  He'll probably be charged with making an illegal turn. :judge:

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

  • I don't believe in Trump anymore, he's an illusion
The police should have taken the appropriate action and just shot the MF'er enough times to make sure he never broke our laws again.

He should have been deported and NEVER, EVER allowed to enter the country again!  There's nothing in place to keep track of ILLEGALS, so here we sit.

I disagree. He should be charged with attempted murder of both the police and any and all citizens that happened to live along the road where he was shooting.

IF convicted,he should be hanged, and it should be a law requiring ALL prisoners in ALL prisons in the US to either watch the hanging live,or on video tape if for some reason they are not available to watch it in real time.  If you really want to cut down on violent crime, this is the way to "make it REAL" to the people who tend to commit crimes.

BTW,since the chase was actually filmed there can be NO mistake about his guilt,so I don't even want to hear a SUGGESTION about an appeal.
