Sam Zell has a reputation for using salty language. However, in a recent CNBC interview the salty "B" he added to the Democrat BBB bill was entirely accurate. BTW, that BBB bill is now in a holding pattern and there are rumors that the Senate gun bill is being used as a smokescreen to divert attention away from the effort to reintroduce the BBB bill in a modified, yet still highly inflationary, version this summer.
