California court rules that bees are a type of fish in order to protect them under the state's endangered species act
mjankowicz@businessinsider.com (Mia Jankowicz) - Yesterday 11:45 AM

Judges ruled on Tuesday that bumble bees can be classed as fish under California environmental laws.

This unlocks protections for the state's four endangered bumble bee species.

The ruling clarifies the state's confusing classification in its environmental protections.

A trio of judges in California said on Tuesday that bees can be legally classed as a type of fish as part of a ruling that brings added conservation protections for the endangered species.

Can there be a better example of why Mejifornia's legal "system" is so f*cked up?  They have no written laws, per se, only how a judge manipulates them to fit a political agenda. :judge: :judge:

Was this ruling made by the Ninth Circus Court? if it was keep in mind that they are one of if not the most overturned Appeals court in the US. And a sad but true fact to chew on, California is not the only state, by any means, to have the legal "system" that is so f*cked up as you put it. I read about similar insanity in other states quite often also but there seems to be a belief that stupid only happens in California or that California is the reason that stupid happens in other states...................sorry it's not.

Since the ruling was about the interpretation of a California state law, this was not a Federal court of any level. The OP article links the court's decision, which identifies which court made the ruling, a state appeals court, https://www.courts.ca.gov/opinions/documents/C093542.PDF .
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

Well maybe we can give these three judges and The California State Water Resources Control Board a free cruise to the middle of the Pacific in a very leaky ship, all for the betterment of California. I wonder how they defend this lunacy, borrowing an argument from the latest SC confirmation hearings?
