Virginia AG threatens to 'bring suit' against protesters at Catholic parishes
Washington Examiner, May 7, 2022

The attorney general of Virginia warned that protesters who disrupt Catholic mass this Sunday in the name of abortion rights could face legal action.

State Attorney General Jason Miyares released a statement Saturday responding to the newfound threats of protest outside of Catholic parishes in Virginia and nationwide.

"I deeply respect the First Amendment rights of speech and assembly," Miyares wrote. "But no one has the right to interfere with the fundamental and natural right of all Virginians to practice their religion in peace."

Miyares also promised to "bring civil suits" against protesters who "intimidate, interfere with, or obstruct any person who is seeking to exercise his or her First Amendment right of religious freedom." The state's top law enforcement agent cited Thomas Jefferson's Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom, which is featured in Virginia's constitution, as his precedent for "protecting this sacred right for all Virginians."

Somebody needs to explain to those goobers that "YOUR right to protest ends when it interferes with the Free Speech Rights of others, which INCLUDES religious freedom and the right to attend religious services without being harrassed.

Yep. Freedom of Religion is also a First Amendment Right, along with freedom of speech and of peaceful assembly.

Besides, do the protesters actually think they are going to change any minds at a Catholic Mass?

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

So, the shooting has already started.  It won't be long before one of these shooters goes after one or more of the Supreme Court justices.

This, not J6, is prelude to an insurrection.

Arson & Graffiti Investigation Underway at Reston Church
Posted on June 26, 2022
by FCPD Public Affairs Bureau

Reston Police District – Fairfax County Fire and Rescue responded at 6:45 Sunday morning to a call for smoldering mulch at the St. John Neumann Catholic Community Church, 11900 Lawyers Road, Reston. Fire and Rescue personnel detected an accelerant was likely used in the fire and observed graffiti spray painted on a sign at the entrance of the church. Fire and Rescue personnel requested police to the scene to assist with the investigation.

Officers found three additional locations on the back of the building damaged by graffiti. The remarks spray painted were related to the recent Supreme Court Roe v Wade ruling. Officers are working with the staff of the Church to review surveillance footage.

We continue to have increased patrols at places of worship, connect with community faith leaders, and are working with our regional law enforcement partners to determine who is responsible. ...
