The man accused of opening fire on a packed New York subway car allegedly started planning his bloody assault as early as April 6 – and once he slipped away from the scene of the attack, cops had no idea where he was until he called police on himself.

Using information gleaned from court records, surveillance footage, photographs, NYPD officials, witnesses and law-enforcement sources, The Post has pieced together a timeline of Frank James’ movements before and after he allegedly opened fire on a Manhattan-bound N train on Tuesday morning, shooting 10 and leaving another 19 wounded.

The timeline, which begins on April 6, has a gap of about 24 hours after police lost sight of James about an hour after the attack due to camera malfunctions at the 36th Street and 25th Street subway stations.

Now that the suspected New York train shooter has been arrested by the police, charges of terrorism and hate crimes can’t be far behind. Or can they?

As PJ Media has reported, suspected terrorist Frank James was a supporter of the black separatist group Nation of Islam. His recorded rantings on his YouTube channel and Twitter account were full of his racist poison. YouTube has already disappeared his channel with Frank James’s hundreds of videos.

But there’s one comment in particular that may sound eerily familiar to those who were sentient beings on 9/11/01 and remember its aftermath.

One of the most shocking comments uttered in response to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon and the attempted attack on the White House or Congress was said by Senator Barack Obama’s spiritual advisor and pastor, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

A federal grand jury has indicted accused subway gunman Frank James for committing a terrorist attack on a mass transit system, a crime that could result in life in prison if he is convicted.

The indictment, handed up in Brooklyn federal court Friday, also accuses James of firing a gun during a violent crime. If convicted of that count, James faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life.

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Subway shooting suspect Frank James refused to come to federal court for his 1 p.m. scheduled status conference Wednesday, prompting the judge to order the United States Marshals Service to forcibly bring him in.

"Upon the defendant's refusal to appear before the Court when requested in connection with the above-captioned case, it is hereby: ORDERED that the United States Marshals Service, their agents, and/or designees, use all necessary force to produce the above-named defendant," Judge William Kuntz said.  ...

UPDATE: Law enforcement arrested Frank James on April 13th in New York’s East Village neighborhood following an anonymous tip. He has been charged under federal terrorism statutes.

Law enforcement remains on the look out for Frank James, a 63-year-old man with ties to Pennsylvania and Wisconsin who is alleged to be responsible for a mass shooting that took place April 12th, at a New York City Subway Station, in which 10 people were shot and 13 others injured. James was reportedly identified as the renter of a U-Haul van believed to be linked to the attack. According to media reports, the FBI had previously investigated the suspect for ties to terrorism in 2019 but had cleared him. ...

He also posted material linked to black identity extremist ideologies, including the Nation of Islam, Moorish Science, Black Panthers, Black Liberation Army, and Black Lives Matter. He notably posted a picture of Micah Johnson, the BLM supporter who killed 5 Dallas police officers in 2016. In online videos James can be seen urging racial separatism between whites and blacks.  ...
