THERE IS NO VACANCY ON THE SUPREME COURT -- not YET.
Is Jackson going to be sworn in any time soon?
That means there will then be TEN Supreme Court justices.
Not "nine".
And I don't want to hear about "they did this once before".
If so, it wasn't right then, and it's not now.
