22nd Amendment:
"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once."
The operative word above is "elected".
But... what if one ascends to the office of the presidency, WITHOUT the benefit of an "election" ?
(Gerald Ford did)
Consider:
1. Nancy Pelosi temporarily resigns as Speaker of the House (without resigning FROM the House).
2. Since the Speaker position doesn't have to be filled from the sitting membership, the dem-communist House members choose obama to be the new Speaker.
3. After this point, kamala sutra resigns the office of the vice president (for whatever reason yet to be determined, but they're sure to find one).
4. Now, there remains the sitting president (biden), NO vice president, and obama as erstwhile Speaker of the House.
5. Finally, biden resigns the office of the presidency.
6. Under the Constitutional order of presidential succession, obama (once more) becomes president. He IS NOT disqualified by virtue of the 22nd Amendment, because his ascension to the office has not occurred by the virtue "of an election".
How does that hit ya...?
