Anthony Fauci, longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), was apparently well aware that the Chinese government was withholding crucial information about the coronavirus as far back as January 2020.

The Epoch Times reports that new documents uncovered by Judicial Watch reveal communications between NIAID and their Chinese counterparts which signal that the American agency actively coordinated with the Chinese leading up to the pandemic, and subsequently covered up the fact that China was withholding information.

What's more damning, and I do not know where to find the clip, was that Fauci testified that "this administration will face a surprise pandemic" in 2017 (IIRC). I believe, before a congressional committee.
Pandemics come and go, but for the head of NIAID to pin the future emergence of one down to within a three or four year span with any level of professed certainty sure tripped a flag with me.
That it involved a pathogen he had a hand in developing indicates intent, forethought, collusion, planning, and mass murder in the first degree.

Edit: Okay, I found it. It was during a forum on pandemic preparedness at Georgetown in 2017. The Chi-coms were withholding information in December, November, October, 2019, if not earlier.

I recall watching CNBC - on multiple occassions, different guests commented on various reports or accounts of a stange new virulent pnuemonia in Wuhan.
