What a difference a day makes! On Monday he had to wear a mask outdoors despite nobody being within 50 yards of him. On Tuesday it was mask off indoors surrounded by people and lots of hugging and handshaking. Amazing how things change in just ONE day!

There is no way that video showing a man walking briskly is of Shortbus Joe.  He hasn't walked that quickly in years, and the mask is to prevent exposing it.
