I was going to recommend the movie "Falling Down", but then after I clicked on the "write-in" selection I realized that you were asking for nuclear war movies specifically. So, in that vein, "On the Beach."

I was going to say Dr. Zhivago, but maybe Red Dawn with Ukrainian subtitles would be more appropriate.

I  think Vlad needs to watch the movie THE ROAD, with Viggio Mortensen.  That is the same path Vlad is on right now.  I think he has backed himself in a corner, and like the rat he is, is very unpredictable in terms of what he might do.  This 
movie is about the most gruesome movie I ever watched.  The hopelessness of Viggio and his son on their journey.  That is the road Vlad and Russia are on right now, and the time has come to remove him permanently from office, strip his wealth and that of all oligarchs.  Thieves one and all!!!

I think the world shuts Russia down completely.  Let the Russian people rise up and displace him and the Russian oligarchs, seizing ALL THEIR WEALTH, and tossing of the thieving oligarchs in some decrepit gulag out in the middle of Siberia.
