Two gunmen wildly opened fire in broad daylight inside a Queens basketball court – striking a man in the leg, new video shows.

The footage, released early Thursday, shows the duo firing several rounds from black handguns inside the court in the rear of a building on Beach 51st Street near Elizabeth Avenue in Edgemere around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

The gunmen struck a 22-year-old man in the left leg, cops said.

Does describing them as 'black' handguns unjustifiably inject race into the story? It's not enough for the 'journalist' to say handguns, saying black handguns is an attempt to invoke black rifle type fear in the ignorant. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess both shooters are black.

And just how many shots did it take for them to finally hit the man in the leg?

Some like all that flash, but it's easier to conceal a weapon that isn't all sparkly. Those legitimately purchasing weapons are going for things that will blend in, so there are fewer blingy weapons to steal.

Well, "black rifles" (such as AR's and what they label as "assault rifles") are seen by the media as being more dangerous and ominous than other long guns.

So... the same would apply to a handgun that's "black". A more deadly weapon, they suppose...
