What an actual threat to our democracy looks like. EPA has no statutory authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from coal plants.  Although the Supreme Court is taking up the question on Feb. 28, the Biden regime doesn’t care what the Court holds. It plans to aggressively regulate emissions from coal plants anyway. As reported by Politico’s “Morning Energy” report today:

I'm OK with this as long as they're OK with the State of Georgia ignoring Roe v. Wade.

This is where Governors need to step in and block any Federal attempt to violate SCOTUS rulings on power plants in their state.

I'm good with that.

But... one state... alone... that's not going to work.
However... suppose a group of energy-producing states banded together.
Banded together in... hmmm... perhaps... "a confederation" ???

Is it time for that new Continental Congress yet...?
