Well, we should never have been in Vietnam then we would never have had the issue.
We had accomplished our mission in Afghanistan in the first 6 months and should have left instead of half assed nation building in a 3rd world hell hole.

In 1994, America signed the Budapest Memorandum where we swore to defend Ukraine in return for them giving up the nukes the Soviets had left on their territory. We gave our word. We abandoned Afghanistan shamelessly. Now we break our solemn promise and abandon Ukraine. Folks with all their "unicorn and lollipops" views of the world should get off their high horses and join the real world.

Volunteering to be in the military and being surprised at going to war is like signing up to be a New York Yankee and being surprised to have to work on weekends. Our young heroes joined up to be SOLDIERS, SAILORS, AIRMEN.... not salespeople.

Joining THE MILITARY means you are ready to go to war. Anyone that does not understand this is eliminated during the psychological testing to eliminate crazies.

I can only assume that anyone that does not understand that being in the military may include going to war does not understand that being a surgeon means getting bloody sometimes.
