I, for one, strenuously object to the phrase "ruling class".
We have NO ruling class here, just some jerks with a lot of money who are good at promoting their product and busy keeping others too busy squabbling amongst themselves to realize it.
That deflection is all that lets these people get away with the often criminal or borderline actions they perpetrate upon the masses, from control of curricula to publishing houses and, in general, what has come to be known as "the Narrative".
If the rest of America were to stop, take a deep breath, and resist the Narrative, we'd spend much more time analyzing the actions of that monied few, and have a prayer of soundly refuting that Narrative, and those few would be a bit less monied as a result. I'm not buying what they are selling.
The Truth shall set you free.
Take back the schools, let Marxists with an education degree be as employable as the PhD in gender studies philosophy--(do you want fries with that?)--and our children, their children, and grandchildren will have a prayer of restoring the Republic to its rightful owners who all have a stake in it as their birthright: the citizens of these United States. Teach the history of this Republic with a minimum of commentary (Just the Facts, m'am.), warts and all, and gauge those actions with a contemporary lens, not the metrics of today, so the changes in the nation which were positives can be assessed, and those which were negatives learned from.
Enough of the Narrative being controlled by people who will not send their own children to the schools which proselytize it.
Ruling class?
Nope.
One Citizen, one vote, none more powerful than any other at the ballot box.
