Here’s how long it took for panicked Psaki to try to clean up Biden’s world-changing mistake
January 20, 2022 | BPR Wire

In yet another train wreck of a press conference, President Joe Biden ignited shockwaves when he appeared to many to have given Russia the “green light” to invade Ukraine.

Biden’s weak response to Russia’s threats against Ukraine during the press conference Wednesday prompted an almost immediate response from White House press secretary Jen Psaki who was tasked with trying to clean up the mess he had made.

“It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and we end up having to fight about what to do and not do,” Biden told reporters. “But if they actually do what they’re capable of doing with the forces
 amassed on the border, it is going to be a disaster for Russia if they further invade Ukraine.”

He appeared to make things worse when asked by Alex Alper of Reuters to clarify what he meant by his “minor incursion” comment.

“The question is, if it’s something significantly short of a significant invasion — or not even significant, just major military forces coming across. For example, it’s one thing to determine that if they continue to use cyber efforts, well, we could respond the same way, with cyber,” he replied.

The White House soon came in with the mop.

The Ukraine's president has something to say:

Володимир Зеленський
@ZelenskyyUa
We want to remind the great powers that there are no minor incursions and small nations. Just as there are no minor casualties and little grief from the loss of loved ones. I say this as the President of a great power

Clearly, Zelenskyy is not senile.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-

By Biden's definition, it would be ok for say Mexico to annex border regions in Texas as it would be only 'a minor incursion'.

He is a walking, talking dangerous human being who might get us into WWIII
