Pres Biden, in the longest news conference in presidential history, made news, pushed back on critics, called out lies, took responsibility for mistakes he believes he made, expressed surprise at GOP, talked foreign policy and didn't lash out on reporters.

Biden just compared the fight against polio to the coronavirus. So that's where we are.

Biden bragged about putting more jabs in arms in one year than at any other time in history.  Imagine if that had been done with polio or small pox.  Millions of people vaccinated, only to later learn with their lives that the vaccine didn't work.

That clip sums up the last two decades of Joe Biden's political career.  Ten seconds into it, it is clear that Biden has forgotten what the question was.  He seemed to pause for a moment to stare at a teleprompter - the one tool he has where he can be fed information dynamically.  When the words finally appear, he begins to read them aloud.  But it was only a sentence or two, at which point he becomes lost again.
