Videos emerged on YouTube and Twitter of a mysterious concrete wall built around the White House.

One YouTube channel called Penguinsix P6 shared a Livestream video called ‘’New White House construction underway as diggers arrive.’’

There you can see a digger moving white concrete barriers around the WH’s lawn.

No one knows what they are put for. However, Andrew Layden, the videographer who filmed this construction, thinks that it is for the white house’s fountain repairmen, although it is weird that the walls would be needed to maintain the water fountain.

However, there is construction work on the White House fountain and it seems that the construction barricades are placed for that!

Here is a zoomed picture. You can see that the front lawn fountain is what has a construction barricade around it. Not the white house:

That's not for fountain repair.  That looks more like ballistic wall sections IMHO.

They need the atmospherics, to fool people into thinking that there's some serious terroristic threat to the White House floating around in American society.
