Justice Department Targets Americans With New "Domestic Terrorism Unit"

The Department of Justice has created a new “domestic terrorism unit” that will supposedly address the alleged rise in domestic terrorism, according to Assistant Attorney General Matthew Olsen.
On Monday, Olsen held a press conference to announce the newest DOJ weapon against American dissenters. The announcement had chilling undertones, as Olsen outlined exactly who is considered a threat under their current guidelines.
The attacks in recent years underscore the threat that domestic terrorism continues to pose to our citizens, to Law Enforcement Officers, to public officials and to our democratic institutions. Based on the assessment of the intelligence community, we face an elevated threat from domestic violent extremists, that is individuals in the United States, who seek to to commit violent criminal acts in furtherance of domestic social or political goals and personal goals. Domestic violent extremists are often motivated by a mix of ideologies and personal grievances. We seen a growing threat from those who are motivated by racial animus, as well as those who described to extremist anti-government and anti-authority ideologies.
Given the terrifyingly Orwellian “school board memo” that saw the DOJ and the White House coordinating with the NSBA to label parent pushback across the nation as terrorism, it is quite clear who this new unit will aiming their power toward. It won’t be people who drive their SUVs through crowded parades at Christmas time. It won’t be men who throw little boys off the balconies of malls, or Democrat sympathizers who attempt to murder members of congress at their annual baseball games. It won’t be sexual predators and gang members streaming across the southern border to claim asylum and then wreck havoc. No, it won’t be any of these threats.
