Last I checked, we're looking at about 7" of snow Sunday night. Better get shopping!
went shopping today for grocery's. Everything was well stocked. Not seeing a problem here in hicksville fl.
I've noticed items missing when I go to the store.Random stuff, on different days.
Same here...with the exception of chickpeas in any form. Out of them for months....I don't get it.
Chickpeas are relatively inexpensive and are nutrient dense.
Yes, they are. I can't find anything about a shortage in growing. I even asked the grocery store manager about it. He was
I'll have to look next time I'm at the grocery store and I'll let you know if I find any. I'd be happy to ship some to you.
Our pantry is pretty well stocked, our freezers are for the most part full, we have dehydrated food to last us quite awhile (including dehydrated milk, eggs, butter, cheese), a decent supply of paper towels and toilet paper. The only thing we really lack is fresh leafy greens, but we do have a supply of dehydrated vegs and fruits.I don't want to venture out for the next week or so when Omicron is supposed to peak. We'll be fine. Just out of bird seed, but looking on Amazon.
I was at our local Wegman's yesterday. There wasn't a single chicken product in the store which is the size of soccer field. Ground beef? Forget about it. Kitty litter? Nope! Then to top it off the very young cashier asks, "Did you find everything you were looking for?"
@DCPatriot Wegman’s is the best. There’s one in my town too, ❤️
Yesterday at Walmart, the shelves were bare of canned cat food.Today at the supermarket, not much in the way of cat food, either.
@libertybele I got some birdseed from Chewy
I went to my local Krogers today....the only empty shelves was the orange juice in the refrigerator section...not a one...when I first got there I saw people with 4 and more orange juice bottles in their carts..I remarked to Mike there must be a run on oj...sure enough there was.
So, no brunch Mimosas for @mystery-ak. Damn
