This guy is bombed out of his head. If an employee showed up for work to a presentation in this condition he would be fired same day. They only thing worse than Biden being stoned or drunk off his ass, is if he isn't. If this is him rested and normal, then someone needs to start measuring him for a coffin. He is not long for this world.
