That sux.  I liked "Bob."
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16

@jmyrlefuller

I have to wonder how many deaths of innocents he was responsible for in his 96  years. Must be at least 10's of thousands.

A freaking monster that should have died at birth.

My favorite role of hers, of course I'm a biased ST geek. Huge crush came out that also.

If I recall she was a big conservative and not shy about it Hollywood be damned. She gets hats off and respect for that. RIP ma'am.

She was a big conservative...probably closer to Big L Libertarian than anything. I follow her on twitter.  Only downside is that she was a member of the Scientology Cult.

I understand Scientology teaches that if you attain a high enough level (or however they term it), you won't get cancer. As one person who was kicked out put it, "One of the tenets of Scientology is that you are totally responsible for whatever condition you are in."

That doesn't seem to have worked for Kelly Preston or Kirstie Alley.

Mills Lane, legendary boxing referee, dead at 85

By Ryan Glasspiegel
December 6, 2022

Mills Lane, the legendary boxing referee famous for using the phrase “Let’s get it on,” has died at 85 years old.

Lane’s son, Tommy, told the Reno Gazette Journal that his father, who suffered a stroke 20 years ago, had been in hospice for the last week.

“He took a significant decline in his overall situation,” Tommy Lane told the outlet. “It was a quick departure. He was comfortable and he was surrounded by his family.”

Kirstie Alley remembered for pushing back on cancel culture: 'History will vindicate her'

Close friend Wally Crowder, Dean Cain remember 'Cheers' star on 'Fox & Friends'
By Elizabeth Heckman | Fox News
Quote
... Crowder said Alley had back problems that turned out to be colon cancer and as a result, she had nine chemo treatments. Crowder said the cancer took her life "really fast and really quick."

Cain brought up that Alley was not afraid of "cancel culture" and spoke her mind. Additionally, Cain described Alley as "an icon, one of a kind, and a force of nature off and on the screen."

"She was one of those brave folks who wasn't afraid of cancel culture. And in speaking her mind and as a result, you take those slings and arrows. But I think that history will vindicate her and her opinions and allow people to go, of course you should have your opinion and not run along with the masses," said Cain.  ...
