We do not live in a Democracy, so what country is she referring to anyway?

Maybe her paternal Jamaica or her maternal India?

What is going on is a threat to democracy.  But its the democrats and their loosey goosey plans for election adminstration that is the threat.
Once enacted their ability to manipulate results will increase 10 fold.
