The evilness has to stop at some point, right??
Yes, that point is called the Last Judgement.
BTW, as an Orthodox Christian, I insist we and our parents have been living all, or almost all, of our lives in the End-Times. We Orthodox have always understood "the one who restrains" who must be set aside before "the man of sin", meaning the Antichrist, to be revealed to be the Roman Emperor. In a three year period from 1917 to 1920, every possible claimant to the throne of the Caesars -- the Tsar, the Kaiser, the Austro-Hungarian Emperor (part of a house that at times occupied the post of "Holy Roman Emperor") and the Ottaman Sultan (who when it suited them styled themselves Muslim Roman Emperors -- It was Ataturk who changed the name of the Ottoman capital from Constantinople to the Turkish mumbling of eis ten politas, Istanbul. The Sultans were proud of having their seat at the old Imperial capital) -- were set aside.
