And here is the dilemma for the propagandists. Do they assign all these new cases to the unjabbed, blaming them for the spike? Or do they claim the reason hospitalizations and deaths are low is because the jabs are minimizing symptoms, essentially admitting that the vast majority of these new cases are among the jabbed?Or most likely, do they claim both.
But I also believe that people are reacting hysterically (by reporting to hospitals when they really don't need to) due to being bombarded with fear porn for the last two years.
My daughter's co-worker just died from COVID the other day. I'm not so sure that the Omicron variant is any milder. (I still don't know if there is specific testing for a particular variant). Testing is now by appointment only and we have seen a huge spike. According to the stats our county has seen a jump in cases by 248% and cases in FL up by over 330%.
Beginning in December, they were supposed to replace that test with the new ones that differentiated between the two. But the at-home test I took only showed Covid.I have had flu before, and it was many times worse than what I am experiencing now. I believe the 450k number is probably a bit higher. But I also believe that people are reacting hysterically (by reporting to hospitals when they really don't need to) due to being bombarded with fear porn for the last two years.
I am absolutely certain that people are going to the hospitals when they don't need to, simply because they get a technical positive test result. I went by the ER of a local hospital on Dec. 23 with a friend who needed medical care. We went into the ER - but didn't stay very long because the wait would have been 5 hours, and there were a few people coughing in there who looked honestly sick - and most of the people who were there were there (a) for covid-19 reasons, and (b) looked perfectly healthy. They were there because the constant fear pron has caused them to panic and act hysterically.
A hospital is the very last place I would go no matter how sick I was. I am better off with my c-pap machine, an O2 sensor, and one of those breathing exercise thingies. Heck, I would go to a vet before I went to a hospital.
That's why the constant bellyaching over "we can't overcrowd the hospitals! That's why we have to restrict everything you do!" is absurdity. In a sane world, the hospitals would turn infectious patients away before they set foot in the door.

Yep. It is hysteria deliberately engineered by Democrats to keep society in chaos until the midterms. Democrats are NEVER, never ever, going to let go of COVID no matter what happens. 'Science' (as Fauci keeps saying) has nothing to do with it. COVID is their meal ticket. It's their 'get out of jail free' card for voter fraud.
I trust the drug that may not be mentioned but is available at Rural King is effective against Omicron and the next variant to appear.
