Two US Army soldiers arrested, another killed during armed robbery

An armed robbery at a Missouri residence, involving several US Army soldiers has resulted in two arrests and one deceased suspect, according to officials.

Zachary R. Gillis, age 18, of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Blake R. Paulson, age 20, of Fort Leonard Wood were arrested and charged with; class A felony Murder 2nd Degree, class B felony Burglary 1st Degree, and class C felony stealing.

“We are aware of the incident that occurred in Lebanon, Missouri on [Friday] Dec. 3 involving three Soldiers who are stationed at Fort Leonard Wood,” the statement read. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and those affected during this difficult time.”

Lebanon Police responded to a call of an individual who was shot at a residence.

The good news is these guys will soon be discovering that as active-duty soldiers,they will serve their time in a civilian prison,and then be arrested and start serving time in a military prison the same day they are released.

I don't know this to be a fact,but I have been told that civilian prisons are a walk in the park compared to military prisions.
