On Most Expensive Thanksgiving in History, Biden Says ‘America’s Back’

President Joe Biden claimed “America’s back” Thanksgiving Day as food prices have soared to historic highs, and the celebrative feast will cost 14 percent more than last year.

Biden called into Al Roker’s coverage of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, when the host wanted Biden’s “message to the American folks on this day.”

“My message is after two years, you’re back, America’s back, there’s nothing we’re unable to overcome, Al,” Biden said. “And you’re one of the reasons for that. You’re always up and moving.”

Roker thanked the 79-year-old and told him “Santa is coming,” to which the president replied, “I’m waiting for Santa.”

Since Jimmy Carter’s malaise speech, politicians are very hyper aware that talking in gloom and doom terms is an election loser. So, the strategy is to talk things up. It is an overstatement to say that the economy is doing bad. But there’s a lot of headwinds that this administration is putting in place  to say nothing of rising inflation

But if you tell people how wonderful things are and they don’t see it, you start looking more and more like your disconnected and out of touch

When you have crowds that have gathered for various different events and they break out with a loud chant of "Let's Go Brandon", there is no message that Joe can give people that will lift their spirits ... he's only continuing to dig our hole deeper and people are very aware. He has hit the wallets and pockets books of most Americans very hard; there's nothing he can say to convince them that things are going well, or the future is bright under his leadership.  Nothing.  People are fed up with the lies and his purposeful attacks to diminish our Republic and way of life.
