The #Waukesha police chief did not provide new information on person of interest apprehended after red SUV drove into a parade. The fire chief said 12 adults, 11 children taken to 6 area hospitals by emergency response personnel. Additional children taken to hospitals by parents.

of course he didn’t. Local pols ordered him not to. Gotta figure out how to spin this thing because this tragedy surely doesn’t compliment the preferred narrative.

NBC News: Senior law enforcement officials say investigators are looking into whether the driver was fleeing an alleged crime that took place before the SUV reached the parade just after 4:30 p.m. local time.
