California Screaming: Illegal Alien Charged With Deadly DUI, Released On Bond
FRISCO, TX - On October 24, police arrested Tello Hernandez, 19, after he reportedly crashed an SUV into a light pole near the intersection of US 380 and Coit Road.
Upon impact, his passenger, 21-year-old Erick Gonzalez, was ejected from the vehicle.
He was transported to a local hospital, where he was soon pronounced dead.
Hernandez has been charged with intoxication manslaughter, a felony. He is now free on bond.
*Despite the fact that the alcohol-fueled crash resulted in a death and the suspect’s immigration status, he was released on bond, due to California’s statewide ‘sanctuary’ policy for illegal aliens.
