"That will help us in the immediate term. And I would anticipate that, as bad as Omicron might be, our vaccine still will be partially effective."

"As bad as Omicron might be"???  WTF?  According to data coming from South Africa, it's a nothingburger.  The only new symptom appears to be fatigue - in other words, a bad case of the flu.  That's what the data says, not the political narrative.

Fatigue is already common with the other variants as it is (if you're fighting off an infection, your body's going to be tired) and most viruses in general.

True enough, but the reports from South Africa did note that the fatigue was greater with this apparent variant than with other variants.
