You are not allowed to say that Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent online. Do not say it!

The only permitted opinion is that you ought to stand by and clap as communists burn your neighborhood.

In the United States, a defendant is to be afforded the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. At this time, Mr. Rittenhouse is indeed innocent.

  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...
Every politically right minded person or organization that's on the mainstream social media needs to transfer to the alternative.

Take away their hits and they suffer. Create an echo chamber and their money stream will collapse. Quit playing into their game.
The Republic is lost.

Rittenhouse is NOT innocent but no one should be banned for saying he is if that is their uneducated opinion.

He's innocent of the crime he's charged with.

No not all of them.

So, he’s guilty of the misdemeanor possession of a firearm under the age of 18? He sure as hell is innocent of all 5 felony charges. Please clarify what it is you’re claiming he’s guilty of doing.

Turley says he isn't guilty of that based on the law. See link above.

@DB
There is no way possible for Rittenhouse to be in legal possession of the AR-15 he was carrying. He is a 17yo Illinois resident.  He does have an Illinois FOID license. He gave Black the money to buy him the AR-15 which is a straw purchase. FELONY. when Black gave Rittenhouse the AR-15 That was another felony. Rittenhouse didn't have the proper training and certificates to open carry a legally possessed weapon if he was a Wisconsin resident. Again, as a 17yo resident of Illinois, there was no way possible for Rittenhouse to be in possession of any firearm. By Rittenhouse saying he could possess an AR-15 under oath he has now committed perjury.
Rittenhouse is an extremely stupid kid that was a vigilante. He committed multiple felonies before he went to the riot. He made very bad decisions that ended up with him killing 2 people. There is no way he will be convicted of 1st degree murder. He didn't commit premeditated murder. What he did do was left the house knowing there was a possibility of being attacked and  was illegally carrying a firearm. There is a possibility that he will be convicted of murder because of that. It's like when someone robs a liquor store then runs over someone in the parking lot when trying to get away. They might not have intended to kill anyone but it happened in commission of another crime. The charge can be 1st degree murder.

Turley is wrong. If you read the law it applies to minors in legal possession of a firearm and they must have the proper training and certification to be eligible to carry. Rittenhouse was in illegal felony possesion of the firearm he was carrying.

Are you a lawyer? If not, I'll take Turely's word on it.
