JUST IN - German power price explodes to over 200 euros per MWh, an unprecedented record price.
MORE - Germany plans to shut down 11 coal-fired power plants, and the last 3 remaining and most modern nuclear power plants by the end of 2022.

Closing all their nuclear plants was sheer idiocy--though applauded by clever people who take private jets and genteelly avert their gaze at the depredations of their friends in Russia and China

I use about 100kwh /day, meaning abut 3MWH per month .... 200MWH x 3= 600MWH. $1.13/Euro

My light bill would be about $660/month.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

The reason they decided to shut down their nuke plants is extremely stupid. The original decision was made back in 2011 right after the Fukushima earthquake and tsunami and the ensuing nuclear disaster.

Turns out that Germany uses the exact same reactors that were at the Fukushima nuclear plant that failed because of the sheer force of the earthquake.

So despite there hasn't been an earthquake in Germany since...ever...German Hillary (Merkel) made the decision to shut down their IIRC 16 nuclear reactors.

The beautiful German countryside when I got to Germany in 2016 was littered in some places as far as the eye can see with Windmills and solar panel farms when I left in 2016.
The libs/dems of today are the Quislings of former years. The cowards who would vote a fraud into office in exchange for handouts from the devil.

The California mansion that Algore purchased a decade ago would be underwater right now if Algore's global warming predictions came true.  Why invest $9 million in a house that according to 'you' will be below sea level before the mortgage is even paid?
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

-Ayn Rand-

Actually it's time for Gore's b.s. to go; regardless if he invented the internet or not!
Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Anybody have any idea how they are going to heat and power the nation using candles?
