Unfortunately it will do no good. DCP disciples do not care what the Constitution or Bill of Rights says. It prohibits them from carrying out their agenda. They don't want people to be able to fight back.
Any and all gun control is unconstitutional including background checks, gun bans, limitations on where you can carry a gun, requiring a license to carry a gun and requiring a license and background check to buy a gun and/or ammunition. Those are all infringements of the 2nd amendment. Banning full automatic weapons is an obvious infringement.
