We all know very well that Joe Biden is not a functioning President.
In fact, he's barely functioning at all. His handlers are running the show.
Who are his handlers? Well, the top handler is Ronald Alan Klain.
Who is Ron Klain? He's the White House Chief of Staff.
He's the handler who supervises all the other handlers.

He was born in Indianapolis, on August 8, 1961,
just four days after Barack Obama was born "in Hawaii."
He graduated from Georgetown U. in 1983,
and Harvard Law School in 1987.
His resume reads like an encyclopedia of DC and global connectedness.
He was a Supreme Court law clerk.
He was a staff lawyer for several Congressional committees.
He was Chief of Staff for VP Al Gore (Nov 1995 - July 1999)
He was Chief of Staff for VP Joe Biden (Jan 2009 - Jan 2011)
He was a partner at O'Melveny & Myers,
one of the world's most prestigous law firms
(it had been built into a global law firm
by former Secretary of State Warren Christopher)
from Aug 1999 - 2005.
He ran a venture capital firm that was established by Steve Case, founder of AOL.
He also ran the Case Foundation, funding various "social entrepreneurs."
He also served as an outside advisor to the Skoll Foundation's
Global Threats Fund, established in 2009, to address
climate change, pandemics, water security,
nuclear proliferation, and conflict in the Middle East.
The Skoll Foundation is based in Palo Alto California,
and is funded largely by the big tech moguls who are censoring political speech.
In 2014, Obama appointed Ron Klain to be the Ebola response coordinator,
not because of Klain's knowledge of public health (he has none)
but because of his relationships with so many people in so many agencies.
Ron Klain is the epitome of the well connected political operative.
He is obviously the person running the "Biden" administration.
But even so, he doesn't direct policy, he only coordinates it.
The policies and decisions of the "Biden" administration are made by
the same ruling clique that has run DC and Wall Street for generations.
Everything they do leads to more power and wealth for themselves,
and less freedom and prosperity for everyone else.
Joe Biden is the perfect front man for the global ruling clique.
He appears to be a bumbling fool, who through "incompetence"
is destroying freedom and prosperity for all of us,
but is actually carrying out the exact agenda
that the global ruling clique WANTS to impose!
Capitalism and fabulous wealth for themselves,
socialism and poverty for everyone else!
It truly is global fascism!
