It should convey to whites just about everything they need to know about the state of "black culture" today.

Why these half way measures? Shouldn't Lord George Floyd receive highest honor?

Lets exhume his presence so he can properly lye in State in the US Capitol Rotunda.

Let his full magnificence premediate every crevasse in the capitol. That may bring
George back to life in the manner we remember his former presence.
