John Kerry Warns: World ‘Doomed’ Unless ‘20 Countries’ Take Climate Action

John Kerry, the Biden administration’s Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, issued a stark warning Wednesday about the fate of the world unless swift action is taken against climate change.

“There are 20 countries that are responsible for about 80 percent of all the emissions in the world, and if those countries are not doing enough, the rest of the world is doomed by their actions — or lack of actions, as the case may be,” Kerry said during his remarks before Latin American leaders, who he praised for their actions to tackle global warming, The Hill reports.

“Today, I’m able to announce that we have plans to scale up our assistance for the renewable energy for Latin America and the Caribbean — a regional effort led by President Duque of Colombia — in order to increase renewable energy capacity to at least 70 percent across the region by 2030.”

John Kerry is so vapid, it is dangerous to put him in any positions of power and influence.

If it's "Global" climate change, why are only 20 countries expected to bear the burden?

What about American jobs lost to outsouring to countries that have competitive advantage because they don't have evironment and labor laws?

Is this just another scheme to competitively disadvantage American workers to the benefit of Chinese Communist Party?

Notice how Lurch is willing to throw a buttload of out money at equatorial countries not so used to air conditioning to provide them green energy...for what?, Exactly? Electric cars for the small wealthy class?

Heating and air conditioning are not life-saving essentials in these countries, and the pittance of their energy 'requirements' pales in comparison to places where you can freeze to death six months out of a normal year, in temperatures those who have never experienced them cannot imagine.  Come up to the 59th parallel, lurch and tell me you are going to winter with a windmill for power.
