US Military Disabled Scores of Aircraft Before Leaving Kabul Airport
The last US soldier boarded the C-17 aircraft on August 30 marking the end of the US mission in Afghanistan.

The US military disabled scores of aircraft and armored vehicles as well as a high-tech rocket defense system at the Kabul airport before it left Monday, a US general said.

Central Command head General Kenneth McKenzie said 73 aircraft that were already at Hamid Karzai International Airport were “demilitarized,” or rendered useless, by US troops before they wrapped up the two-week evacuation of the Taliban-controlled country.

“Those aircraft will never fly again… They’ll never be able to be operated by anyone,” he said.

Disabled implies repairable.  Destroyed, not so much.  Why would they not destroy aircraft instead of disabling?

Well, since the U.S. abandoned a lot more than a few score aircraft to the Taliban, the fact that they may have disabled a few of those is not a particularly heroic accomplishment.  Perspective is everything, ain't it?

From what I hear they sprayed them down, vacuumed the interior, and gave them all a good wax.
They even hung the little pine tree air freshener from the rear view mirror.

I simply cannot believe ANYTHING coming from the White House, Washington D.C., or the Military.
They are all proven liars and cowards.
If they told me today is Wednesday I would not take it at face value until I check for myself.
