The reports of the State Department blocking private rescue flights in Afghanistan are reprehensible but not surprising if you’ve been paying attention. The Biden administration’s focus has been all 1) excuses and 2) politics—not solutions. It’s why we’re in this situation now.

Sure, we can see what the Biden administration is doing, but what is the GOP doing?  What are the GOP solutions?  I'm tired of the GOP/DEM blame game.  The GOP needs to get up of their butts and do something!!  It is unfortunate, but the truth is the corruption runs deeply on both sides of the aisle.

Pointing fingers accomplishes absolutely nothing.  We need for our GOP members in Congress to rise up, take action and FIGHT for this country!!

Do NOT come into OUR country and start making demands!  That doesn't work for me.

The Biden administration did exactly what was planned. The intent was to bring Afghan refugees into this country and the heck with Americans.  The State Dept. has blocked Americans from leaving.

From what I read...there was a group of civilian volunteers that did the hard dangerous work and the State Department was waiting at the border to take credit for all of it.

We civilians will have to take a lot of other matters into our own hands as we see the expansive government reach further and further into controlling us.

It's as if Congress and the bureaucracy did not even read what is contained within the Constitution.

They know what's in it.  And a lot of the members of Congress don't like what's in it anymore.  They are like Obama and viewed it as a "fundamentally flawed document".  To the left it's a document of negative liberties.  They don't like having the government and not the people limited in their power to run things.

Biden State Dept Says It Has No Resources To Rescue Trapped Flights In Afghanistan, No ‘Reliable Means’ To Confirm Details: Report

Responding to claims that it is blocking flights carrying Americans and lawful permanent residents (LPRs) from leaving Mazar-i-Sharif (MAZ) airport in Afghanistan, the Biden administration’s State Department reportedly admitted that it has few resources available to facilitate the evacuation and that they have no “reliable” information about the trapped flights.

As The Daily Wire noted Sunday, there are conflicting reports as to who is preventing planes carrying individuals rescued by a non-governmental organization (NGO) from taking off from MAZ.

Individuals associated with an organization handling the flights said that the State Department is the only obstacle to the chartered planes leaving the airport, but sources close to the situation told The Daily Wire Sunday that while the State Department is not negotiating landing zones, the Taliban is also making significant demands, effectively creating a “hostage situation” on the ground in Afghanistan.
