Jesse Morgan, a truck driver testified that he took 200,000 ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. Lt Col Anthony (Tony) Shaffer (retired) was looking into his allegations to see if what he said was true and obviously, it was true because corrupt Bill Barr ordered him to drop his investigation.

Shaffer is now the President of the London Center for Policy Research and he is now telling people AG Bill Barr did indeed tell him to drop it.

Shaffer is a New York Times bestselling author, and CIA-trained intelligence operations officer with 35 years of experience in global and national security. After the 2020 election, he was one of the people who volunteered to help investigate the election for fraud. Shaffer looked into the events before the election where a truck driver for the US Postal Service, Jesse Morgan, said that he delivered about 200,000 ballots from Bethpage, Long Island, New York to Harrisburg, Pa.

It should be noted that then AG Barr had NO authority over Anthony Shaffer.
Anthony Shaffer left government service in 2005.
This is a case of the Attorney General "ordering" a PRIVATE CITIZEN
from doing any further investigation!

Anthony Shaffer is the whistleblower who let the world know about
the Able Danger office in the Pentagon having advance knowledge
of terrorist organizations planning attacks on the USA.
The terrorists' plans came to light on September 11, 2001.

Able Danger knew that organizations were planning attacks, but lacked detail.
The information would have tipped off investigators,
who likely would have discovered what the terrorists were planning.

Managers ordered Able Danger to NOT turn over their info to the FBI,
worried about the legality of doing so.

Since Anthony Shaffer objected to this,
he appeared to be targeted by a smear campaign
which ended his military career.

I am convinced that the only reason for Democrats to investigate Democrats is to find and eliminate the evidence and, if the charges might be severe enough, the witnesses.
