Victor Davis Hanson: Critical race theory leads Nevada judge to acquit illegal alien because law was 'racist'

Victor Davis Hanson sounds off on Nevada judge's ruling

Author and historian joins 'Fox News Primetime'

Author and historian Victor Davis Hanson ripped an Obama-appointed Nevada judge's decision to declare the federal law prohibiting reentry by previously deported illegal aliens to be unconstitutional based on her assertion that the law is racist.

U.S. District Court Judge Miranda Du handed down the ruling tossing the federal government's case against Gustavo Carrillo-Lopez, who was initially deported in 1999 but later reentered the United States and was indicted during the Trump administration.

"Well, she read the law too -- the difference is she doesn't think it has any currency as she is an advocate of critical theory, critical legal theory, and critical race theory," Hanson said of Du on "Fox News Primetime".

  • old times there are not forgotten
As Hanson points out, "disparate impact" is applied selectively.  Nevertheless, it's long past time the right began to black pill the contradictory mess made by the left.

I await the day an assertive attorney argues that Federal Civil Rights laws are themselves unconstitutional because they impose a "disparate impact" on white males or institutions led primarily by white males.  If the proportion of Federal Civil Rights prosecutions of white males is greater than the proportion of white males in the general population, then as the left has already decided and this judge clearly agrees, no other factor can even be considered; the law is ipso facto unconstitutional.

This should be "appealed upward", and quickly.

But I sense that it won't be.
Reason:
The case is out of Nevada, right?
Blue state gettin' bluer.

No appeal, and the decision stands (at least in that federal court district).
