North Dakota covered in thick smoke, causing poor air quality

Yes, you can smell it. From the well pad I am on, normally I can see for miles down Lake Sakakawea, at present I can barely see a mile across the Lake.

Just my guess, but here goes...

Today's Air quality map:

This will cause an increase in respiratory issues, and an increase in COVID testing when people seek medical relief, so I predict an increase in COVID cases this week just like Oregon had, but also in neighboring states so affected by the smoke. The Biden Administration will hide behind that COVID "surge" and use it to provide a smokescreen for the disaster in Kabul in the media.
