Recipients of the mRNA jab disqualify themselves as monoclonal antibody donors. In order for this therapy to continue, it is important for Covid survivors to not get the jab.
One cannot donate monoclonal antibodies (mabs), as these are lab created. Perhaps you have confused mab treatments with convalescent plasma treatments (convalescent plasma is, as the term suggests, plasma from a person who has recovered from the relevant disease).

The monoclonal antibody (mab) treatment developed by AbCellera and distributed by Eli Lilly, bamlanivimab, received Emergency Use Authorization on November 9, 2020. Its use has since been modified so that it is used with another mab, etesevimab (developed by Junshi Biosciences and licensed by Eli Lilly).
The mab "cocktail" (two mabs in conjunction) developed by Regeneron is the treatment used with President Trump under "Compassionate Use". It received Emergency Use Authorization on November 21, 2020.
The MSM are devoted to Panic Porn, even after Trump left office. So good news, like successful treatments, gets banished to page ZZ-28 or the broadcast equivalent. And when Trump's name was associated with something ....... . Those are at least two reasons, IMO, mab treatments are not as well known as they should be.
On a more personal note, a family member who was early in the infection process received bamlanivimab in January and went on to recover at home.
More generally, because mab treatments are injections/infusions of antibodies, the antibodies persist for some time after an infection is defeated. But after some months the antibodies concentration does diminish, because, unlike with a vaccine, the antibodies are not produced by a recipient's immune system.
