The O-P offers no opinion on the CDC's reason for pulling the test. It only offers the premise that the test was fraudulent (which it was). There are effectively three claims advanced by the O-P:
- The CDC is discontinuing the test
- The test is fraudulent in that it generates false positives
- The CDC has operated in bad faith.
I find all three of these claims to be valid.
