Democrat's concern with COVID is very fickle, very inconsistent, and circumstantial.
Remember, they had us all locked down wearing two, three, four masks, while they allowed hundreds of violent rioters in the streets with no 'restrictions' at all. In fact, they praised and encouraged them.
Now, they want us to go back to lockdowns and masks while allowing hundreds of thousands of infected illegals to pour across the border unchecked and unfettered. So what does this say to the average American?
It says very clearly that if you want to exempt yourself from any COVID 'rules', if you want to get into the good graces of the Democrat Party, the only way to do that is to become a criminal of some kind.
Obviously, by their actions alone, the Democrat Party LOVES criminals and hates ordinary American citizens. If you want an exemption from all the rules of normal society, become a criminal and the Democrats will grant you that. If you obey the rules, you be insulted, denigrated, and oppressed by the Democrat Party. That's the way it works in America today.
